“Layered aromas of pomegranate, blueberry and black plum plus accents of camphor, pepper and black tea leaves. The medium-bodied palate features earthy and spice-driven flavors. It's framed by velvety tannins and juicy acidity and has a long, savory finish.”

Where restraint and concentration aren't opposites — they're the same thing.

Founded in 2004 by Anthony Filiberti, David Low, and Webster Marquez, Anthill Farms has earned a devoted following by championing organically farmed vineyards and transparent winemaking. Native fermentations, moderate alcohol, restrained oak, and thoughtful use of whole clusters define a style that consistently highlights vineyard character over cellar technique.

The 2023 Harmony Lane Vineyard Pinot Noir comes from a small, three-acre site tucked just below the ridgeline between Graton and Occidental. Planted in 2004 to Dijon clones 115, 667, and 777 on classic Goldridge sandy loam, the vineyard sits at the edge of the marine layer, where daily swings between fog and sunshine preserve acidity while allowing full flavor development. The wine is fermented with 50% whole clusters, aged for 15 months in 25% new French oak, and bottled with minimal sulfur to preserve its purity.

The bouquet reveals pomegranate, black plum, blueberry, orange peel, black tea, and dried rose, while the palate offers layered red and blue fruit framed by velvety tannins, lively acidity, and a long, savory finish. The balance between concentration and finesse is what makes Harmony Lane one of Anthill Farms' most compelling vineyard-designate bottlings.

With 93 points from the Wine Advocate, the 2023 vintage continues the vineyard's reputation for producing Pinot Noir of elegance, energy, and unmistakable Sonoma Coast character.
