Cool-climate Oregon Sauvignon Blanc with citrus lift and crisp acidity.
Oregon is not supposed to make Sauvignon Blanc this good. Nobody told Patricia Green.
Sourced from six different vineyards across the Willamette Valley, this is a tart, snappy, almost electric white that sparks with flavor from the first sip. Grapefruit, lime zest, melon rind, peach, a white pepper spritz. Taut and energetic with excellent ripeness, lively acidity and a long, clean finish that leaves the palate completely refreshed. Sustainably farmed, minimal intervention. One of those genuinely exciting discoveries that makes the Hidden Gems section worth scrolling to.
