Brothers Andrew and Adam Mariani are fourth-generation farmers who took one look at a historic 256-acre property east of the Sonoma Town Square and decided to bring it back to life. The result is one of the most joyful and genuinely beautiful estates in California.
This Pet Nat is exactly what summer should taste like. Bottled before primary fermentation is finished, the wine completes its process in bottle with zero added yeasts or sugars – just the estate’s natural energy captured in a slightly fizzy, terroir-driven bubble. Organic and biodynamic farming. Wild yeast throughout. Fresh, lively, and completely charming. Open it cold, drink it fast, share it freely.
