Guava, white nectarine, fresh peach, jasmine, a thread of mango on the nose. Creamy entry, soft mouthfeel, generous body with juicy acidity and a long clean finish. Grown in the Les Pavots vineyard in Knights Valley at altitude, whole cluster pressed and naturally fermented in barrel. 85% solar powered winery. Electric tractors. Fish Friendly Farming certified.
