Ten generations of farming the same limestone slopes of Sancerre, and they make a rose that reflects every one of them.
Pure Pinot Noir, sustainably farmed. Fresh, juicy, red berried fruit with a clean precise finish that is completely on its own terms. The kind of rose that makes you forget it is a rose and just drink the bottle. Henri Bourgeois is one of my favorite producers in the Loire for exactly this reason. They never cut corners.
