“An aromatic and pretty wine with earth, wild herbs, mint and bay leaves on the nose. It's fresh, with cleansing acidity that's elegant and lifted. Cascading tannins in the finish. Medium-bodied.”

Three vineyards. Daily fog. One bottle that drinks like a single vineyard.

The kind of Pinot you open on a Tuesday because life is short and this bottles like these exist.

Jason and Molly Drew gave up everything to build a winery on an old apple orchard on the Mendocino Ridge, three miles from the Pacific, above the fog line. Certified organic ever since. The Fog-Eater is what comes out the other side of that commitment.
Earth, wild herbs, mint, bay leaves on the nose. Fresh and elegant on the palate with cleansing acidity, bright red cherry, pomegranate, cranberry and a savory mineral thread that is pure Anderson Valley. Light on its feet and completely on its own terms.
Vinokart Tasting Note
Drew's Anderson Valley appellation Pinot Noir, blended from three cool, fog-shaped hillside sites, in a vintage Galloni called "especially well suited to the house style."
