The Story

Chablis at its most focused and uncompromising.

Mont de Milieu is considered an honorary Grand Cru by those who know it well. The Pinsons farm almost five hectares here from 60 year old southeast-facing vines. Marine-influenced, dewy green apple, kiwi on the nose. Fresh and vibrant on the palate with a slight creaminess toward the finish and a lingering mineral character that is pure Chablis. 10% new oak perfectly integrated. Sustainably farmed. The kind of bottle that makes every oyster you eat alongside it taste better than it deserves to.
