Thiébault Huber converted every single one of his 9.5 hectares in Volnay, Pommard and Meursault to organic and biodynamic farming in 2005. Demeter certified. This is the entry point to all of that.
A Bourgogne Cote d’Or Chardonnay with holdings that neighbor some of Burgundy’s greatest white wine addresses. Lemon, grapefruit, citrus, white flowers. Fresh and round on the palate with lovely tension and the kind of mineral precision you would expect from a man farming this seriously in this part of the world. A Burgundy that punches well above its category and its price.
