Wine the World
Can’t Access
Allocated releases. Pre-market futures. Private cellar acquisitions. The bottles most collectors will never see — sourced for those who know where to look.
“These are not wines you find on a shelf. They exist in allocations, futures, and private hands — and reaching them requires the right relationships.”
Three categories most
lists never reach.
Allocated & Futures
Wines distributed in quantities so limited they never reach retail. We maintain direct relationships with producers in Burgundy, Barolo, Napa, and beyond — giving our clients first access to bottles others simply cannot obtain.
Allocated Releases · Pre-Release FuturesInvestment Grade
Bottles selected not just for drinking but for cellar value — verticals, magnum formats, and benchmark producers whose wines appreciate over time. Provenance-verified, cold-chain secured, documented from source to cellar.
Provenance Verified · Blue-Chip ProducersPrivate Acquisitions
The rarest category: mature bottles and rare formats sourced directly from private cellars, estates, and auction partners. Wines with history, drinking windows already opened, available nowhere else.
Private Cellars · Mature VintagesThe names behind the bottles.

The best wines in the world are not listed online. They move through relationships, timing, and trust — built over years within the global wine trade. That’s what we bring to every collector we work with.
What we source never appears on a shelf. Every bottle is curated to your collection goals before it’s offered to you.
Every acquisition is evaluated against the highest credential in the wine profession — ensuring exceptional quality and value.
Cold-chain tracking, cellar records, and origin documentation provided for every significant acquisition.
We think in decades, not deliveries. Your collection builds with purpose — drinking windows, diversity, and value all planned.
“The bottles we source for our collectors represent the top fraction of global wine production — the kind of access that only comes from years of relationships built inside the trade.”
Built for collectors
who think long term.
The Serious Cellar Builder
You’re building a collection with intention — not impulse. You want depth, diversity across regions, and a plan that spans years, not just the next case.
The Investment Collector
You treat fine wine as an asset class. Provenance, storage, documentation, and producer prestige matter as much as what’s in the bottle. You want bottles that hold and grow value.
The Connoisseur Seeking More
You know wine deeply but have hit the ceiling of what retail and online listings can offer. You want access to the bottles you read about but can never find.
Words from those we source for.
Access to a 2019 DRC allocation I’d been trying to find for two years. The relationship and trust they’ve built in Burgundy is genuine — and it shows in what they can deliver.
R. Calloway
Private collector, Chicago
I came looking for a specific Screaming Eagle vertical. Within three weeks they had sourced four of the five vintages I needed — provenance-documented, cold-chain intact.
M. Ashton
Investment collector, New York
What separates them is the honesty. They told me one bottle wasn’t worth what I’d have paid and found me a better alternative. That kind of advice is rare from a supplier.
S. Pemberton
Cellar builder, London
Three years in and the collection has a coherence I couldn’t have planned myself. They treat it as a long-term project — not just an order to fill.
D. Ferrante
Long-term client, Melbourne

Frequently asked.
What makes Collectors Kart different from a wine retailer?
We don’t operate a public shop. Everything we source is through direct producer relationships, private networks, and auction partnerships — wines that never reach public retail. Access is by enquiry only.
Is there a minimum spend?
There’s no minimum for a single enquiry. For ongoing collection management, we ask for an expected minimum of $2,000 per month to ensure we can dedicate the sourcing time and priority allocation access required.
How do you verify provenance?
Every significant acquisition comes with cold-chain documentation, cellar history, and where possible, direct winery confirmation. We will not source bottles where provenance cannot be established to our standard.
Can you source a specific vintage I’m looking for?
That’s exactly what we’re for. Tell us what you need — producer, vintage, format — and we’ll work our network to find it. We’ll be transparent about what’s available and at what price.
What regions do you source from?
We source globally — Burgundy, Bordeaux, Napa Valley, Tuscany, Barolo, Champagne, Rhône, Spain, Australia, and beyond. If the producer is world-class, we have or can establish the connection.
How are bottles stored and shipped?
All bottles are held in temperature-controlled facilities and shipped cold-chain throughout. For significant acquisitions, we can arrange cellar-to-cellar transfer with full documentation.
The bottles
are waiting.
A world of wine exists beyond what’s publicly listed. The first step is simply reaching out.
